To be happy, be your Self.

I think there’s a really good reason that the first lines of the Wild Geese poem by Mary Oliver is so popular:

You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.
— Mary Oliver

See, we know deeply in our bones that we’re meant to be ourselves.

Our* real* true Selves, not the perfect,” consistent, & productive versions of ourselves we see in our heads.

I’m here to tell you that simply being yourself, with all your messy feelings, inconsistencies, and cycles of trying & failing warmly welcomed, will do a hell of a lot more for your happiness level than hiding your true Self ever will.

You’re sensitive & weird. So are a LOT of us— I’m one of them!

I can help you learn to embrace it and begin to slowly change your life simply by discovering & following your truest desires. If you’re ready to exhale, you can book a (totally free) consult call with me to come be heard & held wherever you are right now. You can tell me all about your dream life & the person you’d love to become.

And if you’re almost ready to make some big changes, then we’ll get you in my calendar. Almost-ready means it’s time.
