Simple Strawberry Puree

This small-batch strawberry puree is quick to whip up and is great for using in cocktails or desserts!

You can use strawberry puree in any way you can imagine! As a cocktail/mocktail ingredient, a cheesecake topping, in yogurt, you name it!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb fresh strawberries
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • Dash of fresh lemon juice, around 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash & dry 1/2 lb of fresh strawberries, remove stems and halve or quarter if they're large.
  2. Add strawberries, honey, and fresh lemon juice to a food processor and blend until it reaches smoothie consistency.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or the freezer for 3 months.
